If your answers to the above questions are ‘YES’ then you are in a similar position to many of my clients when I first met them and, as for them. life coaching may be the answer for you.

When I tell people that I coach they invariably ask ‘which sport?’ No one finds it surprising that people use coaches and personal trainers to enable them to succeed in sports events or to keep their bodies in the best possible condition yet there is often still a silence when I explain that I am a life coach. Life coaching is about looking at where you are now and where you would like to be and bridging the gap, it helps you to focus on the future. It starts from the here and now and moves forward. It is action orientated. As with sports coaching there is no easy way forward, a life coach cannot do the work for you, just as your personal fitness trainer cannot do the physical exercises for you, progress and success involves a lot of hard work and commitment on your behalf. However the benefits can be massive.

As your coach I will bring to you a relationship where the focus is totally on you, what you want from life and how this can be achieved. The coach also brings professional training, care, skill, absolute confidentiality and a non judgemental mindset to the session while you bring your concerns and your dreams.

I can work with you in several ways to help you to achieve whatever you want in life. I will help you realise that you truly can, be, do or have anything. I will help you take your dreams and turn them into reality. Some people prefer the immediacy of one to one coaching with their coach on a personal basis either face to face or by telephone. Others may prefer to read books written by the coach on specific subjects such as self confidence or goal setting, whilst other clients enjoy the inter action of group sessions.

Additionally not everyone feels the need to have regular coaching sessions but feels the need for the occasional one off contact to talk through a problem.

Can I assure you that any initial consultations are completely free of charge and without any obligation on your part. Also I will only work with a client when I honestly believe I can help them and, as you will see from this website, I am totally upfront about my fees from the very start. I will not attempt to draw you in and then discuss money when a relationship has been formed and you could feel uncomfortable about withdrawing.
